Lofts In The 21St Century

This original loft was created from an abandoned warehouse. The client required a space in which to install a showroom for his architectural material, two offices and an apartment. Concrete ceilings, unpainted wood and steel spacers give the home an industrial feel, and sliding shoji screens add a Japanese touch.
