REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
Big Bad Wolf Hot Box 2026
In order to offer you the best prices for the Big Bad Wolf sale, we strictly impose a non-cancellation and non-refundable policy for items sold.

1. What is your refund and return policy?
All Hot Box purchases are strictly non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
All books sold at the Big Bad Wolf Hot Box sale are sold on an "as is" basis, and customers acknowledge and accept the condition of the books at the point of selection.
Returns or refunds based on change of mind, book condition, title selection, or perceived value are not accepted under any circumstances.
2. Are refunds available for damaged, misprinted, or imperfect books?
No.
Books available at the Hot Box sale consist primarily of new but damaged or imperfect stock (Grade B). This includes, but is not limited to:
• Minor cover damage
• Dents, bends, or creases
• Printing or binding imperfections
These conditions are an inherent part of the Hot Box value proposition. As such, no refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be provided for book condition issues.
3. Can I request a refund after attending the event?
No.
Once the Hot Box has been redeemed, filled, or partially filled at the event, no refunds or compensation will be provided, regardless of book selection or quantity packed.
4. What if I am unable to attend the event after purchase?
Failure to attend the event or redeem the Hot Box during the event period shall result in automatic forfeiture of the purchase.
No refunds, extensions, or alternative redemptions will be offered.
5. Can I cancel or change my Hot Box order after purchase?
No.
All Hot Box purchases are final once payment has been successfully processed. Cancellations, amendments, downgrades, or upgrades are not permitted after confirmation.
6. Can I transfer my Hot Box purchase to someone else?
Hot Box purchases are non-transferable unless expressly approved in writing by Big Bad Wolf Books.
Big Bad Wolf Books reserves the right to refuse entry or redemption where unauthorized transfer is suspected.
7. What happens if the event details change?
Big Bad Wolf Books reserves the right to amend event dates, times, venue, or operations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Such changes shall not entitle customers to a refund, provided the event is conducted.
8. How will I be notified if there are changes to this policy?
Big Bad Wolf Books reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the official website and shall take effect immediately.
