Trash, garbage, and other waste products that are improperly disposed of create unpleasant surroundings, and also endanger the health of people and animals. This book teaches children about correct waste disposal. Each book tells a story that centers around children and their parents, as together they learn the value of conserving Earth's natural resources to help keep the planet green. Following each story, a four-page section suggests children's activities that relate to the book's central theme.
