The petroleum industry began motorising their delivery gleets in 1908. This 1910 4-Tom Mack Tanker was one of the largest oil trucks of its day. One of the first Texaco horseless tank trucks, this replica is a three-compartment lube, oil and kerosene chain-drive Mack Truck. It is representative of those used by Texaco jobbers and distributors to delivery quality dependable Texaco products int the 1910s and 1920s. This is the twelfth series quality antique bank vehicles manufactured by The Ertl Company for Texaco. It will become another valuable addition to your collection.
